Megaclose is proud to unveil their latest student development. This stunning landmark building featuring a 22 storey elliptical tower, offers luxury studio apartments for students attending either of Leicester’s Universities and is due for completion by September 2012.
Our company was formed in 1998 and was specifically incorporated to own and manage student accommodation. We now operate a growing portfolio approaching 1500 bed spaces in Nottingham and Leicester, where we maintain full control of our entire portfolio providing letting, management and maintenance services through our own staff.
Our head offices are located in Nottingham with satellite offices at our Leicester properties. To support our Leicester staff, we have appointed Sulets, who are a newly formed lettings agency jointly run by the Student Unions of both De Montfort University and The University of Leicester, to assist with the marketing & letting of our Leicester based portfolio.
